HI,
Can someone please help me understand, possibly with an example, the difference between
'Completed issues, issues removed from sprint, Non completed issues and issues completed outside of sprint.' when the sprint is active and completed
Thanks
"Completed" means the issue is set to a status that is mapped to the right-most column of the board. For simplicity, let us say that status/column is "Done"
Completed issues: Issues assigned to the sprint and were set to Done while the sprint was active, and were still in that status when the sprint was completed.
Ex: Create a new sprint. Add an issue to it (ABC-1) from the backlog. Start the sprint. Set the issue ABC-1 status to Done. Complete the sprint.
Issues removed from the sprint: Issues that were assigned to the sprint while it was active (either before or after it started) that were then removed from the sprint while it was active.
Ex. Create a new sprint. Add an issue to it (ABC-2) from the backlog. Start the sprint. Remove the issue ABC-2 from the sprint and put it back into the backlog. Complete the sprint.
Not completed issues: Issues assigned to the sprint that were set to a status NOT Done when the sprint was completed.
Ex: Create a new sprint. Add an issue to it (ABC-3) from the backlog. Start the sprint. Leave the issue ABC-1 status as "To Do". Complete the sprint.
Issues completed outside of the sprint: Issues that were set to Done outside of the time frame of the sprint, and then were assigned to the sprint.
Ex. There is an issue (ABC-4) in the backlog. You realize the work is already complete so you set the status of ABC-4 to Done. You then create a sprint, and add ABC-4 to the sprint. Start the sprint. Since ABC-4 was set to Done before the sprint was started it is listed as "completed outside of the sprint".
