Re-indexing fails

Hi,

I updated some add-ons and the addons manager on my local Jira Agile server and it asked me for reindexing.

I tried a "Backrgound re-index" but it failed.

Afterwards, only "Lock Jira and rebuild index" is available but still fails (see the errors below).

I tried to delete the $jiraAppData\Jira\caches\indexes folder and run reindex but it didn't help.

Any clue on what is preventing me to reindex?

Cheers

Romain

Hi Romain,

It appears that you're hitting a known issue, the error message in your description matches the stack trace in this KB. You may want to follow the instructions in the resolution section and see if the reindex works after that.

I hope it helps.

Cheers
