Hello everybody,
To use a quick filter to hide the flagged issues, the sentence is:
Flagged is EMPTY
This works fine in the Backlog view, but it doesn't work in the Active Sprint view.
1 - Can you review it?
2 - Does anyone have a solution for it?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Mario Domínguez
I've found why it's not working.
I explain it in case it is of interest to someone who can read this thread.
The team is using "Stories" as swimlanes in the Active Sprint view, which causes the subtasks to be displayed in that view.
Therefore, when you flag a story and click on the "Hide flagged stories" quick filter, they are not hidden because their sub-tasks are not flagged.
I just did the test by flagging the sub-tasks and it works fine. The behavior is correct.
Hope it helps someone.
Hi Mario,
I just tested my instance using a CMP project and it worked fine.

Hi @Jack Brickey ,
Thanks for your answer. Could you send me screenshots of your quick filter and the way you flagged the item, please?
As I said, for me, it is working in the backlog view, but not in the active sprint view, quite strange.
Thanks in advance
