I would like to see tickets assigned to me with resolution unresolved, but I do not want my search to include canceled tickets.
I have this "assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved order by updated DESC" but I can figure how to not include the canceled tickets
Hello @Joe Sindoni
Welcome to the community.
If you are not setting the Resolution field when changing issue status to Cancelled, and you don't want to modify your process to set that field in that scenario, then you can update the jql with "and status!=Cancelled" to exclude the Cancelled issues.
That worked!
assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved AND status!=Cancelled order by updated DESC
Thanks Trudy!
