I am working on merging two instances of Jira after an acquisition. The source Instance is installed on Linux and the target Instance is installed on Windows.
Steps Taken:
- I have backed up the source instance (Linux) and restored it on a Windows instance of the same version 8.11.1.
- I created a new backup from the new Windows instance.
- I am now attempting to import specific projects from the backup
Issue:
When I attempt a Project Import using the new backup, there are no projects to select from.
To verify the backup. I have restored it on another Windows instance. I don't see any errors in the Jira logs.
