Process Management Project - Can't get started

I set-up a Process Management project and i was exploring.

First problem I encounter is that in the "List" view I cannot even set the "due date" as it tells me:

"Filed "due date" cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen or unknown".

I tried several times, but it constantly tells me the same thing.

For example today is May 5th and I set the due date on May 19.

Second problem: I cannot change the assignee... this should be a company-managed project and I work for a big company. Why can't I assign the item to someone else in the company?

Thank you for helping me out here.

Hi Giulia,

What type of project do you have? Team-managed project? Company-managed project? Or Jira Work Management/Jira Core/Business project? There is no Process Management type of project.

So as the warning so, you need to make sure that the Due Date is on the Edit screen.

Also, you need to have Assign Issues permission in the Permission Scheme for the project you are using in order to be able to Assign Issues to someone.
