Problem with a user added in our company's account

Dear Sirs,


I am sending you on behalf of the company Steficon.

I am facing a login problem with a user that I have already added but he cannot login.

Our company's url is 

The user that is facing problem is

Even when he is entering with his credentials the page is not responding.  I have tried to remove him and add him again but nothing has changed.

May you please check why this is happening?

It's hard to tell - we'd need to see logs, but you're on Cloud, so we can't get to them.

Could you get your user to try another browser and/or computer?  Or, if you've set them up and know their password, try from yours?

If it's the same irrespective of browser and computer, then you probably need help from Cloud support over at
