Hi @Gonzalo Diaz  My name is Habib I will do my best to help with this request:

I'm sorry you're having issues accessing the Sprint Retrospective add-on in Jira.

Here's an outline that you can follow to help resolve the issue:

  1. Confirm that the Sprint Retrospective add-on is installed correctly. You can do this by going to "Settings -> Manage apps" and searching for "Sprint Retrospective." If the add-on is not installed, you can install it from the Atlassian Marketplace.
  2. Check if you have the correct permissions to access the add-on. You need to have the "Administer Jira" permission to access the add-on. If you don't have this permission, you can ask your Jira administrator to grant you access.
  3. Verify if the add-on is enabled in your instance. Go to "Settings -> Add-ons -> Manage add-ons" and check if the Sprint Retrospective add-on is enabled. If it is enabled, try disabling it and re-enabling it again.
  4. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. Sometimes, add-ons don't load properly due to browser cache issues. Clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page might help to resolve the issue.
  5. If you've tried all of the above steps and are still unable to access the Sprint Retrospective add-on, try reinstalling the add-on. Uninstall the add-on first, then reinstall it and check if you can access it.
  6. If the above solutions do not work or you need further assistance, contact the vendor's customer support for help.

I hope these steps help you gain access to Sprint Retrospective. If you require further assistance, please let me know.

Hi, I solved it. The issue was that It was not enabled for the project. I got into the application and enabled.

Thanks!!!
