I am using the out of box connectors in PowerAutomate for JIRA...
Scenario 1:
Using a trial instance, next gen project, generated and used API Tokens, "Connection" works and the out of the box JIRA ticket creation flow works like a charm.
Scenario 2:
Using our company's instance, next gen project/classic project, generated and used API Tokens, "Connection" works and BUT the out of the box JIRA ticket creation flow works does not work. "Project" & "Issue Type" is not populated as if it cannot read info from JIRA. Running the flow results in "Fail" but looking at JIRA API Tokens page, it seems like it can reach the endpoint as I can see "last accessed" being updated. Now, highly likely that there is a setting on our instance that needs to be tweaked... Any clue what it is or any logs I should be looking out for? P.S. I am not an admin but I am planning to reach out later once they come online.
