Portfolio Custom fields show disabled options

Hello Team,

We are facing problem with custom fields added to a Portfolio plan.

Any checkbox or select list type field added to the plan shows also disabled options of that field. These options can then be chosen and are visible in jira issues. When it is changed in jira issue to "not disabled" option, then the disabled ones are no more pickable. 

Please let me know, if I should raise a Bug or it is known issue and is already registered.
