Porque una prueba se salta 1, ejemplo: 196 se salta a la 198 ???

Me acaban de hacer la auditoria y me asignaron una no conformidad, en esa no conformidad me dicen que el JIRA se salta de la 196 a la 198 y no se como paso eso.

Me podrían ayudar con eso ???? No hablo inglés

What Testing add-on are you using? 

If it's not a testing add-on and you are looking at JIRA numbers, then the most likely explanation is that someone added and then moved or deleted 197.
