Please suggest how to find the total time spent on each work flow step in Kanban?

Example: How can be identify how much time spent on "Progress" stage.

Unfortunately, JIRA does not have a feature that provides the exact time an issue has been spent on each workflow step, however, there are some plugins that provide you with this kind of functionality.

As a suggestion, you can try the Pivot by Status report provided by the Time Reports App for JIRA:
