Please- need an answer regarding the Rapid board

How can I add a column in my rapid board?

I have added it in the "configure" section but cannot acctualy see it in the users rapid board... how can I activate it?

I am guessing that you followed the instructions here. And the work mode is selected in the Rapidboard.
