We wanted to add a module to our Jira software and currently waiting for admin approval, but none of the teammates are an admin. What should we do now?
Hi @Lilla Strobel ,
Your Jira instance should have some admins assigned to them from your company. if by module you mean "app" they should have been notified when you requested it.
If it seems like nothing is happening, you might need to reach out to whoever in your organisation is the owner of the Jira product (usually IT should have some knowledge about that)

We are a small company with only 5 coworker, we checked all our accounts and nothing happens. How can we assign someone as an admin?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Lilla Strobel ,
Can you no longer find out who initially set up the instance? If this was a former colleague and the responsibilities were never transferred over you might need to contact Atlassian support directly.
That can be done thru https://support.atlassian.com/contact so Atlassian can assign someone from the company as an organisation admin.
If you however are on a free plan, we might need to escalate it thru the community.

hi @Dirk Ronsmans ,
Actually the CEO was who initially set up our Jira, but even he is unable to approve the request.
I will contact the support team.
Thank you for your help.
