Our Project Details

We had a project called Unicorntek through Atlassian under cloud,Jira. But we are not able to retrive our project details. Can you please help us get our project details.

Hi Trudy,

 

The URL that we had says "This URL doesnot work" So we donot the subscription as this was cancelled accidentally and our logins to the application are also not valid. What can be done in this case to speak to the Atlassian associates?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you able to navigate to the URL for your Jira Cloud instance? Are you able to login to the Jira application?

If you can login to the application, what happens when you try to navigate to the project?

Please provide details about the steps you are executing and any error messages you are receiving.

When was the last time you were able to access the data successfully?

Are you paying for your Jira subscription or are you using a Free subscription?

It may not be possible to recover your data depending on when the subscription was canceled. When a subscription is canceled the Technical and Billing contacts will receive emails about the site becoming inaccessible and then emails about data being permanently deleted. If your Technical and Billing contacts did not act when those emails arrived then it is possible that the data has been permanently deleted.

Thankyou so much Trudy for your quick response. Just for the info, we recently noticed that subscription was accidentally cancelled. I have used the link you provided and raised a ticket. If the data is still active we can get the subscription and retrieve.  Also Can you please let me know how many months or until how long can Atlassian hold the data after the subscriptions are cancelled?

The information provided to me by Atlassian when I asked this question was:

  1. When you cancel a subscription it will remain active and accessible until the end of your current billing cycle.
  2. Then it will enter a 15-day period where it will remain active but inaccessible.
  3. Then it will enter a 60-day retention period before being permanently deleted.
