Only one user not able to search in jira. Tried advanced filter as well.
Checked the permission it's all ok
It was working for him previously
Re-indexing is not an option as only particular user facing issue.

What do you mean that a user can not search in Jira? The user can not see results in the Issue Navigator? Where does the user try to search? Is there an error or just a message no results?

changed the browser, tried chrome, IE still nothing happens.
I have tried with same user but in different PC still same issue.
I suppose it to be related to user issue rather than browser issue.
But fact is it was working for him previously and now it won't.
