Board's are nothing but a place where we viewing issues by writing own customized board JQL query.
Are you asking to create team wise boards or something ?
Hello @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH
Thanks for your answer.
Look i have a project with 3 boards and want to create the independent issues because in that project involved 3 teams.
So I don't want to have a dependencies in that boards. I want to see the different issues, now when I create some issue in any board the same issue displayed in others. That is the problem.

Hi @Grigori Ghazaryan ,
Team A, Team B, Team C are 3 teams , which work independently in single project.
For the 3 teams you need to create a separate boards.
My Suggestions :
Please create 3 Components As "Team A" & "Team B" & "Team C"
While creating for the teams choose component as ""Team A" / "Team B" / "Team C" for respective Teams.
Please go to board setting , change the filters as
Project =" XYZ" and component = "Team A" for one team
Project =" XYZ" and component = "Team B" for 2nd team
Project =" XYZ" and component = "Team C" for 3rd team
or
Create a dropdown single select custom field with these 3 Team names.
Please go to board setting , change the filters as
Project =" XYZ" and Custom Field= "Team A" for one team
Project =" XYZ" and Custom Field = "Team B" for one team
Project =" XYZ" and Custom Field= "Team C" for other team.
Try this , let me know

a bit hacky (IMO) but here is an approach....
Issue - people won't ignore the individual backlogs. Added security - limit Manage Sprint permissions.
