Office attachments cannot be opened or downloaded from within Jira

Hi,

Since yesterday, Jira Cloud for Word & Excel has stopped working for us. It is stuck on loading screen whereby the following options don't react:

* Download

* Close

* Previous / Next attachment.

When hoovering above the attachment we can use the 'Download' option, although it is reported that this sometimes fails too.

JPG / PNG / Text attachments open / download fine.

Can anyone help out? Has something changed with the Office 365 integration?

Hi, 

Today we noticed that the Attachments can be opened again, and the functions Download, Close & Next/Previous attachment work again also.

Strange, but happy.
