Dear Atlassian Support,
After upgrading Jira to Data Center, we encountered an issue. When a user without a Jira license submits a request from the Service Desk portal, certain custom field object attributes (such as status and user) connected to the Jira ticket do not change and remain at default values. However, if the same request is performed from the Service Desk portal by a user with a Jira license, everything works correctly.
We did not encounter this issue before upgrading to Data Center.
