OAUth2.0 - is it available for local JIRA installation

Hi, I am exploring API auth mechanism for in-premises JIRA installations. So far I checked -

  • Username / Password based auth
  • PAT based auth

I just came across following link, which is talking about OAuth2.0 -

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/oauth-2-3lo-apps/#enabling-oauth-2-0--3lo-

Is this mode of OAuth, available for local installed JIRA.

Thanks,
