Not receiving email notifications from Jira projects/tasks

Hello everyone,

I haven't been receiving any email notifications when changes are made on a project and communicating with my co-workers on time. 

I have tried changing the settings on my account but nothing worked.


To give you the full picture, I had a break during my employment, before I left everything was fine. Once I came back after a 2 month break and been added back to the organization, no notifications are going through to my email box.

Please help as it is impossible to work on tasks and projects without notifications.

@Łukasz Juszkis I found there was a suppression on your account.  I have cleared this from our side.

Hello @Łukasz Juszkis 

First, check your Jira personal settings and see if you have the option "Send email notifications" when you are the watcher, reporter of the issue etc.If this is set up correctly, Atlassian has put the email to the suppression list.

This is done in order to prevent spam. In this case, you would need to raise a support ticket for Atlassian and ask for your email to be removed from the list.
