Not getting Jira email notifications

Hi,

I'm using jira cloud account in my company and not receiving any email notifications (for example, when someone mentions me in a task).

Our account: https://checkmarx.atlassian.net/

My user:  sharon.sahar@checkmarx.com

 

Checked with IT and there is no record in our exchange server that  jira actually sent an email to my personal address.

Any idea  what could be the problem?

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if your email has been blacklisted for some reason.
