Not able to See burn down chart

I am using "team-based project" and using "Story Points" for estimations.

For my board, "Sprint burndown" chart is enable. But I always found a blank chart only.

Have you enabled the reports and sprints as the documentation states? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/view-and-understand-the-team-managed-sprint-burndown-chart/

In addition can you please confirm if you are using story points or story points estimate?
