We have recently updated to the latest version of Jira Data Centre, but also migrated to a new domain for our business. Previously I had no issues inviting new users to a .co.uk domain name, but we have moved to a .auto domain name, and only 1 in 20 users receive the invitation email. The email service hasn't changed, but I was wondering if there are any challenges with using less common domain name suffix's?
Some additional questions. Are all your employees using the using the .auto email. If old users are also using the .auto domain as their email versus maintaining their .co.uk account are they still receiving email updates?
Based off how email often works, it most likely is something to do with your mail server and you would need to work with your mail server team
