Hi there, I'm helping a company form their Agile beginning as a Coach and SM. Jira is new to them, but not to me, though things have changed a bit in the last few years. I'm working on setting up a Company configuration. How do I handle Current Projects using PM's, who are willing to have me centralize all development so that the team can truly get better at delivering. But of course they need information, status etc. My though was to set them up as an EPIC or 3 depending on the project and use EPIC reporting, but then the question came up. "What about external Vendors that we only one to see one Project or in this case potentially 1 or 3 EPICS. How do I solve this? Questions?
