Need help in JIRA header

Hi Team,

We are trying to set up a cache-control header in our application loading on the URL jira.corecompete.com.

By default, most of the pages loading with a cache-control header with settings "Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate". But we are not getting header information for the host "https://jira.corecompete.com".

Could you please help us to set the cache-control header for the host also?
