You'll need to be added as a technical or billing contact on the SEN for them to show up on your profile - the best way is to have the current contact(s) add you through their https://my.atlassian.comaccount. If they expand the line item for that SEN, there will be entries to add email addresses for the technical and billing contacts; just adding your email here will associate that SEN with your profile.
...It's true that there are projects in Jira; but they are merely a way to cut off issues, to tell them apart from other sections of work and to apply rules that are specific to that team (the schemes)....
