My Tempo app stopped working

The Tempo app has always worked and now it just spins and tells me there is an error. I can't figure out how to uninstall the app so that I can try re-installing. I'm on.a Mac.

Error:

Something's gone wrong

In case the problem persists, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.

Before you do anything with the app have you tried the following:

  1. Clearing your browser's cache
  2. Trying a different browser
