Hi there,

It seems that your server is having trouble accessing the database.

  1. Are you able to connect to your database server manually from your Jira server? 
  2. Take a look at the dbconfig.xml file in yourJira home directory and make sure the configuration settings are still correct. Did you change your database user password recently?
  3. Is there any possibility that your database server was taken offline, and perhaps it is not running at this time?

Please also let me know the following details:

  1. Your Jira version
  2. Your database type and version.
