Hi all,
has anyone come across this issue?
I migrated a Team project to a company project as per this guide:
However, when I attempt to start another Sprint, I get this error message:
'We couldn't start this sprint because it belongs to the next-gen project MM board which already has a sprint in progress. Next-gen projects do not currently support parallel sprints.'
I've moved the original Team managed Project to trash, which makes no difference.
So now I've lost the Epic categories from my original Team project, the interface looks crappier, and I still can't run multiple Sprints, which is just silly and should have been possible in Team managed projects from the start...
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Sprints do not belong to projects, they are linked to boards. Go to a board which has the sprint on it, and end the sprint. That will enable you to move to company-managed projects and boards (and hence parallel sprints)
