Move Task with Bit Bucket Integration

Hello,

I have two project P1 & P2, with Bit Bucket integration.

P1 has a task T1 with branches and commits, and I want to move T1 from its project P1 to P2

Then I want to make T1 a sub task in a project P2's task (T2)

does the move action, or the change into sub-task action would effect the link to branches & commits?

btw, I don't have an access to Bit Bucket (only the developers do)... does this effect the marge or the sub-tasking actions??

Is there a way to move the links to branches & commits from one task to another?? or from a sub task to a parent ??

No, moving the issue to a different project will not affect the Bitbucket integration. Jira keeps track of the old issue key when you move an issue to a new project.

You could move the links, by renaming the branch, but for the commit you would have to rewrite the commit history because the integration is using the smart commit to figure out how to link the commit to your issue.
