Is it possible to obtain a monthly log from Jira that would show, for the prior month, by Jira ticket number, the person performing a change control and the person performing the peer review?
You should be able to create a filter. Could you explain a little more about what you mean by the person performing change control and peer review? Are these specific steps in your workflow?
