Modifying a Jira Agile simplified workflow

Hello!

I modify Jira agile simplified workflows from time to time... Adding resolution screens, postfunctions for sending custom emails etc. Everything has worked so far :)

However I'm concerned about the warning: "This workflow is managed internally by GreenHopper. Do not manually modify this workflow."

I'm wondering what I am not allowed to manually edit in such a workflow.

I've not had any problems with editing them (although I've only done really basic edits - adding the odd screen or post function), except that if the users amend their boards, it whacks some of the changes.

Hi Johan, can you explain how you modify the post functions for a simple workflow on Jira ? Although I have full user permissions there is only a "read only" flag as opposed to "edit" function. 

Maybe there is an add on that allows me to do this or is there something I'm missing in the configuration ? :-)
