Missing migration menu for Jira Cloud to Jira Cloud

We recently decided that we would like to merge two of our jira cloud instances (or add the projects of one to the other).

To do this I found a guide here: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/perform-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/

Unfortunately this menu option (Migrate cloud site) does not appear to be in my settings. I'm the admin of both instances so I'm wondering if I'm just missing something or if I need to perform some kind of action to get this access.

I see that there is a comment that this functionality is gradually rolled out but that was from two weeks ago. Is there a place where I can find a planning for this roll out? (we don't use Release Tracks).

Good day. Welcome to the Atlassian community. 

Please note that we have rolled out the Cloud to Cloud Migration feature to all the cloud customers. Can you confirm if you still don't see the option Migrate cloud site?
