Migration software project from JiraServer to Jira Data Center

Hello

I need your help in the migration process

I have version 8.13 of Jira server and I want to migrate the software project to version 8.20 of Jira Data Center, as I saw I can not use the project import and what should I do?

You'll need to explore other project migration routes.  These would include

  • Lossy transfer (set up the project manually, export issues to CSV and import them)
  • Going via a dev system (clone your 8.13 system to a dev system, upgrade it to 8.20, then use project import)
  • Apps that are built to transfer config and issues, such as Project Configurator and Configuration manager
