Migrating to JIRA from AGileZen

A few questions:

1) Is there a recommended method? Appeared export/import needed heavy massaging of data.

2) Once an JIRA issues is opened, can you import field level data?

Hi Choi

1) If you can extract your data from AgileZen in a csv you should be able to import it to JIRA. Hvae a look at this URL on CSV import

2) Once you have imported the issue on jira, you cannot import further field level information using the CSV. In fact if you try to do it then the entire data in the existing jira project gets wiped off.
