Microsoft Teams for Jira - Smart Connect doesn´t work - why?

Hello!

I want to connect Microsft Teams with Jira and started a free trial. I can find the App in MS Teams already and there is a Chat which says "Welcome to Smart Connect for Jira...." When I want to sign in, i get the information that I have ti install the Jira App first. But I already installed it and have the App requested. 

So why does it not work? Can someone help me please? :)

Thank you very much for your request. I'm Patrick, partner manager at yasoon.

To use our app, you have to wait until the admin has installed the app and approved it for all users.
