If a team has one workspace but kanban type work that comes in continuously and also has planned work suitable for a sprint, will the metrics for the cumulative flow diagram be contaminated by the planned work and will the burndown chart be contaminated by the work items coming in and being completed on a daily basis? Would it not be better to separate the types of work into separate work spaces in the tool? Is there another way to keep them separate in the same workspace by using some tool feature?
