Some contract workers have been hired, so i've update the username directly in Crowd.
But it seems messy and these user can no longer login.
I got
The target user [name=212680517, key=100746104] does not have right to use JIRA (this is required to 'login'). JIRA Service Desk is also not installed, so the user cannot be a 'portal user'.
When going to Atlassian, I have to align app_user to cwd_userbut even after this it fails.
Shall I restart/reboot/reindex/re....
