Mention outside project members

Hello,

Is it possible to mention someone @ outside the current project in <<comment>> of an Issue so that he or she also gets insight in an issue.

So for someone who has no rights within the project

Or how can this be arranged?

Hey @Eric Roetenberg 

It is possible when these conditions are met, one should have browser users global permissions to do @ mention in comments for users in application. Next thing is mentioned user should have browse project permission.
