Make custom field required on transition

Hello, cannot make custom field required while transition to DONE.

It always popup with a message, even i  am not leaving the field blank.

i used this article:

Thanks for sharing those, I think you have 2 different Resolution fields:

• Jira standard one which is a select list - looks like this one is required in your validator
• Another one someone created as a text field - looks like this one is filled in, but is not the one required in your validator

ok, so i see because of the name duplication there was an issue, so i change the name  to BugResolution and it work
