Major issues using Jira Software since one month

Hello to the community,
Since one month, I've been experiencing major problems using JIRA software and Atlassian tools.
I can no longer change the layout of my dashboards: changes are not saved even if I refresh the page several times.
I'm having problems displaying issues details when I'm on my kanban.
I have trouble adding new applications - I have to keep refreshing the page.
I often encounter JIRA error codes (ERROR: 13YSLAJ for example).
And I can't connect to Atlassian support, the page never displays.

I've cleared the cache and cookies, and tried another browser. But the problem persists. Have you encountered this type of problem?

Since you are on the Free version you will not be able to open a support case. That can be done only when you are paying for the product.
