Can you please tell me when will Jira OnDemand be back online? Maintenance has been going for two days already, we simply can't even track tasks we need to do.

I've had no problems with the OnDemand systems I'm using, so this is probably quite a limited problem. Two days maintenance is definitely not right, especially without notice, so I'd suggest you raise the issue witih OnDemand support straight away (we're end-users here, not support, we don't have any more access to OnDemand than you do)
