Mail handler - no username and password

Hello,

Is there a way to create mail handler which is based on a shared Office 365 mailbox?

I'd like to allow users creating issues by sending email to an email address of a shared mailbox, which does not have a username/password.

I would like to avoid creating a dedicated mailbox for each mail handler.
