Hello,

Page stopped opening https://stetw.atlassian.net

I'm pretty sure it's a network issue. Our IP addresses are specified in the security settings in the project we are connecting to. Perhaps we have not indicated all the necessary Atlassian addresses in the White List of our VPN, do you have a list of them?

Thanks.

Hi Sergey - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I would refer to this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/

The Allowlisting might not be functioning as you expect it. Meaning you might be too restrictive.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can validate your whitelists against https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ - I don't think it has changed recently though.

Hi @Sergey Labanovskiy welcome to the Atlassian community.

May I request you to reach Atlassian support with option "technical issues and bugs" for better assistance.

Okay, I'll do that.
