Lost System Setting and project setting

hi guys, i know this is stupid question. but i have been search on google and search on this site but i cant find the solutions. I lost my system setting and project setting.. i dont know how to make they comback again.. is there any feature that can i use to reset all setting ?

Welcome to the community,  no question is stupid,  don't worry 🙂.

Regarding your issue, it looks you have only site admin access and not jira admin access 

From left menu, go to users, open your users and please confirm what's the status there. Add your self to the groups which have jira admin access. You can do it by your self as you are the site admin

Have you checked your admin permissions? do you still have the admin permissions? If your instance has multiple jira admins you may want to check with them for the permissions.
