Lost Custom field values

Yesterday I had a custom field with a series of values in it.  I added an additional value.

Today, the values are gone and it is asking me to create a context for the field. 

Anyone else have this happen?

That sounds like one of your adminstrators changed the context of that custom field.

I'm afraid that destroys any data stored in the contexts that have gone away.  You'll need to re-enter the data from memory or backup.
