Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, we need more details about what is not working.
I checked that a ticket was created with our customer advocates and a new one was created now by a colleague of yours, but it only mentions that is not working.
Please, share with us the exact error you are seeing when trying to access the site, and feel free to share a screenshot (just make sure to hide private information).

What do you mean by "no site access"? Can you not log into the Atlassian account that owns your produts to see what products you have, or do you just mean your Jira Server is not responding, or refusing login or throwing errors?

I see that you have tagged the question as Server. Please confirm this is right?
And if it is a server what do you mean by site access here?
If you are talking about Cloud, navigate to admin.atlassian.com and you can see the site you have access to.
