LDAP: error code 49

I can't log in to my jira and this is the error message i find in the log file:

LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090400, comment : AcceptSecurityContext error, data 775 v1db1 NUL

I don't understand what I should do to unlock my account (I forgot the password of the admin account and don't know how to get it back...)

Ask team who response for LDAP. Looks like Your account marked as 'locked' in LDAP directory.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your answer.

 

I'm currently using the account that is supposed to be locked.

I did change my password a few days ago and I already tried to log in with the old one, in vain.
