Kanban board more interactive

I've trying to understand, can I make Kanban board more interactive or not.

1 question:
I need to create swimlanes such (combine query jql and assignee):
a. upper swimlane "HIGH" priority (all issues with priority HIGH)
b. all other bottom swimlanes group by Assignee name

2 question:
Can I drag&drop issues on swimlane, such if I drag issue to swimlane with HIGH priority, the issue will automatically change priority to HIGH
Second: If I drag issue from one assignee to another, this issue change assignee to another name automatically

Is it possible?

You can use swim-lane by assignee and create one Quick FIlter priority = High

That should give you a nice overview and everything out of the box.

#1 While not ideal for a large team you could create swimlanes via query, e.g.

SL1 - priority = High

SL2 - Assignee = fred

SL3 - Assignee = sally

SL4 - Assignee = Juan

etc.....
